Generally there is no age requirement to purchase a home in
these developments as the rules normally relate only to the
age of the "primary residents". Potential buyers should
review the individual community Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions though normally one primary resident must be at
least 55 years old with no age requirement for the spouse.
Under certain circumstances in some communities additional
household residents may be allowed in the case or qualified
care givers or impaired older dependents. |
