My business philosophy is, and always has been, to use my experience
and expertise to provide meaningful, personalized counseling for my
clients. I draw on both professional and personal experiences to
help me relate to and guide each client, whether a first time buyer,
seasoned seller or investor. I take pride in the referrals I

My Background
Prior to joining First
Team, I was a corporate Chief Financial Officer and
independent management and financial consultant.
As a graduate of Saint Mary's College with an Accounting
major, I appreciate the complexity of today's real estate
transactions and the need for diligent attention to detail
and constant follow-up during both the buying and selling
processes. Having managed the construction of major
industrial developments with complex financing structures, I
am now applying this experience and practical know-how to
those who I have always preferred to serve - individual
Southern California families and investors. |
